By downloading, installing, or using Pravida ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pravida is an invite-only, end-to-end encrypted communication platform. The App provides encrypted messaging, voice calls, file sharing, and mesh networking capabilities within private networks created and managed by users.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Pravida. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. Pravida uses device-based cryptographic identity — your identity keys are stored in the Secure Enclave and never leave your device. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use Pravida to:
All communications within Pravida are end-to-end encrypted. Pravida cannot access, read, or moderate the content of your messages. Network owners and admins are responsible for the conduct within their networks.
Pravida, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Pravida and its creator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Pravida is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Mesh networking availability depends on device proximity and hardware capabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pravida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Pravida at our discretion if these terms are violated. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
